Description

The LEOAC74 is a CMOS Dual D-type positive edge-triggered flip-flop for use in aerospace environments. It operates from 2 V to 6 V power supply (7 V absolute maximum rating). The LEOAC74 can operate over a large temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C.
