LDH40
Overview
LDH40 is a high accuracy voltage regulator designed to be directly connected to a car battery in automotive applications, or a generic battery connected in industrial applications. Extended input voltage up to 40 V makes the device capable to support a load dump transient, typical in automotive systems.

- Operating temperature range: -40 °C < TJ < +150 °C
- Input voltage from 3.3 V to 40 V
- Dropout voltage (700 mV typ. at 200 mA load)
- Low ground current (2 μA typ. at no load)
- ADJ from 1.2 V to 22 V
- Output voltage tolerance: 0.5% at 25 °C
