IPS8160HQ Description
The IPS8160HQ and IPS8160HQ-1 are monolithic devices designed with STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. They can be driven by using a 3.3 V logic supply. They are suitable for applications with up to 0.7 A (IPS8160HQ) or 1 A (IPS8160HQ-1) steady-state operating current.
