SN65007 One Channel Direct Drive Speech Controller „ INTRODUCTION SN65007 is 7 seconds one-channel single chip voice synthesizer IC which contains a PWM Direct Drive Circuit. There is one 4-bit I/O port and built in a tiny controller.
