SGM660 Description
The SGM660 is a synchronous inverting Buck-Boost converter. The device implements a multi-function digital input SWIRE pin which can be used to program the negative output voltage or device enable. The SGM660 integrates a 810mA switch current power FET, which can be programmable down to 435mA.
