RClamp3631P Description
Features RClamp®3631P is a bidirectional TVS specifically designed to provide secondary surge and ESD protection for high speed data lines. RClamp3631P utilizes deep snap-back to minimize device clamping voltage. The device features high surge capability of 10A (tp = 8/20 μs).
