ISL21032 Precision 0.600V Low Voltage FGA™ References The ISL21032 FGA™ voltage references are very high precision analog voltage references specifically designed to meet the rigorous performance requirements of high current, low voltage VRM and POL modules. Fabricated in Intersil's proprietary Floating Gate Analog technology, these references feature guaranteed performance over the -40°C to +130°C operating temperature range.
