DESCRIPTION RM622X bines a dedicated current mode PWM controller with a high volt age power MOSFET . It is o ptimized for high performance,low standby power ,and cost effective of f-line flyback converte r applications in sub 20W range. RM622X of fers co mplete protection coverage w ith automatic self-recovery feature inclu ding C ycle-by-Cycle current limiting,over load pr otection,VDD over voltage clamp and under volt age lockout. Excellent EMI performance is achieved with freque ncy shuf fling technique together with sof t switching control at the totem pole gate drive output. The tone energy at below 20khz is minimized in the design and audio nosie is eliminated during ope ration.RM622X is offered in DIP8 package.
