Datasheet 4.5V to 18V Input, 3.0A Integrated MOSFET Single Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converter BD9D322QWZ General Description BD9D322QWZ is a synchronous buck DC/DC convertor with built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. This IC is capable of providing current up to 3A. The SLLMTM control provides excellent efficiency characteristics in light-load conditions which make the product ideal for equipment and devices that demand minimal standby power consumption. External phase compensation circuit is not necessary for it is a constant ON-Time control DC/DC converter with fast transient response.
