Description
The HiperPFS™-2 device family members reach a very high level of integration including a continuous conduction mode (CCM) boost PFC controller, gate driver, ultra-low reverse recovery (Qspeed) diode (eSIP™ package options) and high-voltage power MOSFET in a single, low-profile CoolPAD (GROUND pin connected) power package that is able to provide near unity input power factor.
