General description The PCF50606 and PCF50605 are highly integrated solutions for power supply generation, battery management, and dedicated mobile system functions. A built-in step down DC/DC converter provides a highly power efficient supply for a digital core, while 2 additional DC/DC converters and 5 low dropout regulators are available to supply all other functions in mobile systems. Furthermore, the PCF50606 provides a 10-bit ADC and touch screen readout support. Both devices enables a very efficient system deep sleep state since it incorporates a real time clock and several wake up functions.
