PHILIPS AD139 MEDIUM POWER P-N-P ALLO/ JUNCTION TRANSISTOR The AD1J9 is a medium power alloy junction transistor of the PHP type designed for an output power of 2 Watt in class A and 4 Watt in class B for battery voltages up to 12 V. ;t~ r "i I> 1' ' t -» -1 iUI The collector is connected to the envelope.
