General Description

: Pericom Semiconductor’s PI74FCT series of logic circuits are produced in the Company’s advanced 0.8 micron CMOS technology, achieving industry leading speed grades.

These high-speed decoders accept three binary weighted inputs (A0, A1, A2) and gives eight mutually exclusive active LOW outputs (O0-O7: PI74FCT138T) or active HIGH outputs (O0-O7: PI74FCT238T) when enabled.

These devices contain three enable inputs, two active LOW (E1, E2) and one active HIGH (E3).
