PI3L500 Description
Peri Semiconductor’s PI3L series of switch circuits are produced using the pany’s advanced sub-micron CMOS technology, achieving industry leading performance. The PI3L500 is a 16- to 8- Channel multiplexer/demultiplexer LAN Switch with Hi-Z outputs. Industry leading advantages include a propagation delay of less than 250ps, resulting from its low channel resistance and I/O capacitance.
