PT4317 Features

* Low current consumption (4.7mA at VDD=5.0V)
* 2.4V to 5.5V supply voltage operation range
* Optimized for 315MHz or 434MHz ISM Band
* Saw-based oscillator with low frequency drift
* On-chip IF filter with better adjacent channel rejection capability
