OM1400T-125 Preliminary Data Sheet 14-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converter Module with Turbolinear™ Technology Description The OM1400T-125 is a high-speed and high performance analog-to-digital converter module optimized to achieve an exceptionally high linearity when digitizing signals at very high IF. The module has a sampling rate of 125 MSPS and is primarily built around Optichron’s Linearizer with Turbolinear™ technology in addition to the 14-bit ADS5500 analog-to-digital converter, and the AH22S buffer amplifier which provides a buffered, single-ended, 50-ohm input. The module output is a digitized signal with up to 25 dB improvement in SFDR when sub-sampling signals in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Nyquist zones.
