OB2276A High Performance Current Mode PWM Controller GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES OB2276A is a highly integrated current mode ■ Power on Soft Start Reducing MOSFET Vds PWM control IC optimized for high performance, Stress low standby power and cost effective offline ■ Frequency shuffling for EMI flyback converter applications. ■ Extended Burst Mode Control For Improved PWM switching frequency at normal operation is Efficiency and Minimum Standby Power internally fixed and is trimmed to tight range. At no Design load or light load condition, the IC operates in ■ Audio Noise Free Operation extended ‘burst mode’ to minimize switching loss.
