- Operating Input Voltage Range: 1.4 V to 5.5 V
- Output Voltage Range: 0.7 to 3.6 V (0.1 V steps)
- Quiescent Current typ. 60 mA
- Low Dropout: 130 mV typ. at 500 mA, VOUT = 2.5 V
- High Output Voltage Accuracy ±0.8% (VOUT > 1.8 V)
- Stable with Small 1 mF Ceramic Capacitors
- Over-current Protection
