BGX7220 Overview
The BGX7220 device bines a pair of high performance, high linearity down-mixers for use in receivers having a mon local oscillator, for instance having main and diversity paths. The device covers the frequency range from 700 MHz to 950 MHz. Each mixer provides an input 1 dB pression point (ICP1dB) above 13 dBm, with an input third-order intercept point (IP3i) of 26 dBm.
