PS7522L-2A
DESCRIPTION
The PS7522-1A, -2A and PS7522L-1A, -2A are solid state relays containing Ga As LEDs on the light emitting side (input side) and MOS FETs on the output side. They are suitable for equipments which are necessary to prevent some noise, because of their slow switching speed at turn-on or turn-off. The PS7522L-1A, -2A have a surface mount type lead.
