PS2562L1-1 is HIGH ISOLATION VOLTAGE DARLINGTON TRANSISTOR TYPE MULTI PHOTOCOUPLER SERIES manufactured by NEC.
DESCRIPTION
The PS2562-1, -2 and PS2562L-1, -2 are optically coupled isolators containing a Ga As light emitting diode and an NPN silicon darlington connected phototransistor. PS2562-1, -2 are in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package) and PS2562L-1, -2 are lead bending type (Gull-wing) for surface mount.
