Description
The MC6SHC11 A4 is a single-chip microputer that utilizes HCMOS techniques to provide the low-power characteristics and high noise immunity of CMOS plus the highspeed operation of HMOS. On chip memory systems include a 4K byte ROM, 512 bytes of electrically erasable programmable ROM (EEPROM), and 256 bytes of static RAM.
