M5M23128-xxxP Overview
The Mitsubishi M5M23128-XXXP is a 131072-bit maskprogrammable high speed read-only memory. The M5M23128-XXXP is fabricated by N-channel polysilicon gate technology and available in a 28-pin OIL package. It is interchangeable with the M5L27128K and Intel 27128 in read mode.
