DESCRIPTION
The M3811 x group is made up of 8-bit microputers based on the MELPS 740 core. The M3811 x group is designed mainly for VCR timer/function control, and include four 8-bit timers, a fluorescerit display automatic display circuit, a PWM function, and a parator. The various microputers in the M3811 x group include variations of internal memory size and packaging. For details, see the section on part numbering.
