MIC2026A Description
The MIC2026A and MIC2076A are high-side MOSFET switches optimized for general-purpose power distribution that require circuit protection. The MIC2026A is particularly well suited for USB applications. The MIC2026A/76A are internally current limited and have thermal shutdown that protects the device and load.
