The MCP998X/MCP9933/MCP998XD/MCP9933D family of devices is a high-accuracy, low-cost, 2-wire communication protocol (I2C/SMBus) temperature sensor.

The MCP998X/MCP9933/MCP998XD/MCP9933D family can monitor up to five temperature channels.
