Description
The MAX3793 transimpedance amplifier provides a compact low-power solution for applications from 1Gbps up to 4.25Gbps. The MAX3793 features 195nA input-referred noise, 3.5kΩ transimpedance gain, 2.9GHz bandwidth (CIN = 0.3pF) and 2.8mAP-P input overload.
