MD7672 series are
highly accurate, low-
noise, high power supply
rejection ratio (PSRR),
low-dropout
voltage
regulator (LDO) with high output current capability
manufactured in CMOS processes.It can deliver up
to 2A of current while consuming 40µA of quiescent
current.Internal circuitry includes a reference
voltage generator, an error amplifier, driver transistor,
over-current protection circuit, short-circuit
protection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit and a
phase compensation.
