Description
The MSW203x-203 series of surface mount silicon PIN diode SP2T switches handle high power signals from 50 MHz to 1 GHz (MSW2030), 400 MHz to 4 GHz (MSW2031) and 2 to 6 GHz (MSW2032), in transmit-receive (TR), active receiver protection and other applications. This series is manufactured using a proven hybrid manufacturing process incorporating high voltage PIN diodes and passive devices integrated within a ceramic substrate.
