The 15KPA-HR High Reliability Series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning.

15KPA17A-HR Features

* Glass passivated chip junction in P600 package
* Fast response time: typically less than 1.0ps from 0 Volts to VBR min
* Excellent clamping capability
