The LTM®4661 is a synchronous step-up switching mode µModule®(powermodule)regulatorina6.25mm ×6.25mm × 2.42mm BGA package. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductor and all support ponents. Operating over an input voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V, down to 0.7.
