Overview
The ML22340/ML22Q340/ML22341/ML22Q341, which include mask ROM and Flash memory for storing speech data, respectively, are speech synthesis LSIs which can controll speech playback utilizing an event input system. It includes speaker amplifier and 16bit DA Converter, so it is possible to have high quality sound and solution for playback with 1chip.
