JW5217 Description
The JW®5217 is a monolithic buck switching regulator based on COT architecture for fast transient response. Operating with an input range of 2.5V~6V, JW5217 delivers 2A of continuous output current with integrated P-Channel and N-Channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of an external Schottky diode.
