VLA500-02R is a hybrid integrated circuit designed for driving n-channel IGBT modules in any gate-amplifier application.

This device include the isolated type DC-DC converter for a Gate drive.

Therefore design of the gate power supply is not required.

Built-in the isolated type DC-DC converter for gate drive.
SIP outline allows more space on mounting area 2.54 5.0 MAX 1.
Built-in short circuit protection (With fault output).
Variable fall time on activity of short circuit protection.
Electrical isolation voltage between input and output is 2500Vrms (for 1minute).
