Description
The -50V InterFET 2N4220/A and 2N4221/A are targeted for sensitive amplifier stages for midfrequencies designs. Gate leakages are typically less than 10pA at room temperatures. The “A” variants are screened for lower noise. The TO-72 package is hermetically sealed and suitable for military applications.
