FEATUR.
The IDTF1240 (0.5 dB steps) is an IF VGA for Diversity Basestation receivers. The device offers significantly better Noise and Distortion performance than currently available devices. It is packaged in a compact 5x5 Thin QFN with 200 ohm differential.
