IRSM516-076 Integrated Power Module

IRSM506-076 and IRSM516-076 are 3-phase Integrated Power Modules (IPM) designed for advanced appliance motor drive applications such as energy efficient fans and pumps. These advanced IPMs offers a combination of low VCE(sat) Trench IGBT technology and the industry benchmark half-bridge high voltage.
