NCD2100
Overview
The NCD2100 is an EEPROM based digitally programmable variable capacitor that provides capacitive offset trimming for capacitance sensitive circuits. Programming the non-volatile EEPROM register value or implementing on demand capacitance value changes are easily accomplished by means of the simple two-wire seria.
- Wide capacitance range of 6.6pF to 37.553pF
- Small step size: 0.063pF
- Digitally select up to 1024 capacitance values.
- Operating supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V
- Minimal current draw: IDD = 1 A (Typical)
- Industrial temperature range -40°C to +85°C
- Very small size DFN: 2 mm x 2 mm (0.079 in x 0.079 in) TSOT: 2.9 mm x 2.8 mm (0.114 in x 0.110 in)
