General Description
The ICM320T is a high resolution, low power, small form factor device 3.2Megapixel digital color CMOS image sensor. The ICM320T is based on IC Media’s high performance, wide acceptance angle 2.575µm TopazPixel™ technology. The ICM320T supports a 1/2.7” optical format with short track lengths of less than 7.0mm. High responsivity, low noise and image quality enhancing filters results in excellent image quality even in low light conditions.
