Description

The HT83XXX series are 8-bit high performance microcontroller with voice synthesizer and tone generator.

The HT83XXX is designed for applications on multiple I/Os with sound effects, such as voice and melody.

  • Up to 1ms (0.5ms) instruction cycle with 4MHz (8MHz).
