Overview
The HT72Dxxxx series are CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, The devices possess the benefits of dual outputs, low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times. The devices include a reference voltage sources, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters and phase compensators, all fully integrated.
