HT1632
Description
The HT1632 is a memory mapping LED display controller/driver, which can select a number of out bits and mons.

- Serial MCU interface - CS, RD, WR, DATA
- Data mode & mand mode instruction
- Cascading function for extended applications .. 24 out bits/16 mons
- Integrated display RAM - select 32 out bits & (up to 5 HT1632s possible)
- Selectable NMOS open drain output driver and 8 mons for 64´4 display RAM, or select 24 outbits & 16 mons for 96´4 display RAM
- 16-level PWM brightness control
- Integrated 256kHz RC oscillator PMOS open drain output driver for mons
- 52-pin QFP package
