HX7001 mixer equivalent, 21-30 ghz active harmonic mixer.
The HX7001 is an active sub-harmonically pumped (x4) mixer with an integrated LO amplifier which can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. The device requires a single bias (+5V) and it comes in a hermetically sealed package with SMA and K conn.
