G9915 - 1.5A Low Dropout Regulator

Description

The G9915 is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring very low dropout voltage at up to 1.5 Amps.

The G9915 provides excellent regulation over variations in line, load and temperature.

G9915 is stable with minimum 4.7µF MLCC (X5R) output capacitor.

Features

1.2V,1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V Options.
Over Current and Over Temperature Protection.
400mV Dropout @1.5A.
MLCC Capacitance Stable.
TO-252 and TO-263T Package.
