G9117 - 1A Adjustable Low-Dropout Linear Regulator

Description

The G9117 is a low dropout linear regulator with a dropout of 1.2V at 800mA of load current and 1.3V at 1A of load current.

It is available in an adjustable version, which can set the output from 1.25V to 12V with only two external resistors.

Features

  • Available in adjust version.
  • Space saving SOT-89, TO-220, TO-252 and SOT-223 package.
  • Internal short circuit current limiting.
  • Internal over temperature protection.
  • Output current in excess of 1A.
