G656 - Microprocessor Reset IC

General Description

The G656/G657 are microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits used to monitor the power supplies in µP and digital systems.

They provide excellent circuit reliability and low cost.

  • Fully Specified Over Temperature.
  • Available in Three Output Configurations Push-Pull RESET Output (G656L) Push-Pull RESET Output (G656H) Open-Drain RESET Output (G657L).
  • Reset Deassert Time Smaller than 100µs when VCC Higher than Monitor Voltages (CD Pin Floating).
  • Externally Programmable Time Delay Generator.
  • 27µA Supply Current at VCC=3.3V.
  • Guaranteed Reset Valid to VCC = 0.8V.
