Features
- Temperature-pensated Stabilizing Circuits
- Monolithic linear integrated circuits with extremely short thermal run-in time producing a constant temperature-pensated voltage. They are particularly suitable for stabilizing the tuning voltage in radio and TV tuners employing voltagevariable capacitance diodes.
