Overview
- Silicon Planar Power Zener Diodes
- For use in stabilizing and clipping circuits with high power rating.
- Standard Zener voltage tolerance is ±10%. Add suffix “A” for ±5% tolerance. Other Zener voltages and tolerances are available upon request.
