The GS8749 family are low-power, high-speed comparators with internal hysteresis, optimized for systems powered from a 3V or 5V supply.

Features

  • Single-Supply Operation from +2.7V ~ +5.5V.
  • Low Offset Voltage: 5mV (Max. ).
  • Rail-to-Rail Input and open drain Output.

  • Internal Hysteresis for Clean Switching.
  • No Phase Reversal for Overdriven Inputs.
