MB15F02SL Description
The Fujitsu MB15F02SL is a serial input Phase Locked Loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer with a 1200 MHz and a 500 MHz prescalers. The 1200 MHz and 500 MHz prescalers have a dual modulus division ratio of 128/129 or 64/65, and a 8/9 or a 16/17 enabling pulse swallowing operation. The supply voltage range is between 2.4 V and 3.6.
